Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, IT, finance, data analytics or related field.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI/applications experience preferred.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aligned with growth objectives and measurable impact.
• Engages stakeholders across departments to understand needs and align transformation with goals.
• Assists in design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Uses AI tools to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
• Identifies and prioritizes high-impact AI use cases with tech and business leaders.
• Drives adoption and change management to ensure successful transformations.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitor progress against objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into transformation efforts.
