Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field. Certifications (CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP) preferred.
• Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI and analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aligned with growth objectives and measurable impact.
• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and align transformation efforts with goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
• Uses AI tools to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
• Identifies and implements high-impact AI use cases with tech and business leaders.
• Applies analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, solve problems, and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and cultural alignment through change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into transformation efforts.
