Sedgwick is seeking a Financial Services transformation professional to join our Finance team as a Business Transformation Analyst - Finance. You will analyze business challenges, drive process improvements, and apply data-driven insights to growth initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, define success metrics, and help deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance performance across the enterprise. A Bachelor's degree and relevant analytics background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with six years of experience in business/data analysis.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes preferred.
• Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to improve growth and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Design and deliver transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI use cases with business and tech leaders.
• Define success metrics with leadership and monitor progress.
