Job summary

UltraViolet Cyber seeks a Senior Business Process Consultant for a federal client. You will bridge technology innovation and operational excellence, analyzing current processes, identifying AI-enabled opportunities, and translating needs into actionable AI requirements and use cases.

You'll stand up the USSS AI Team, document workflows, create playbooks, and drive change management with diverse stakeholders to ensure mission alignment and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with 7+ years in business process consulting or related fields.
• Public Trust clearance ability is required.
• Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and workflow optimization expertise.
• Experience translating requirements into technology solutions and use cases.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Certifications CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP are desirable.
• Experience with federal government or DHS transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI ethics and federal AI guidance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze OCIO divisions and field operations to identify AI-enabled efficiency opportunities.
• Document AI use cases, maintain the AI Use Case Repository, and define KPIs.
• Develop business cases with benefits, resources, timelines, and metrics.
• Support AI-PMO with analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Create as-is and to-be process maps and drive adoption through playbooks.
• Lead workshops and design thinking sessions for problem solving.
• Develop communications, training content, and knowledge transfer assets.
