Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Export Controls and Sanctions Analyst to join our Dallas, Texas offices. You will analyze and strengthen TI’s global export control, sanctions, and risk-based screening processes using data-driven methods and AI capabilities.

Your work includes leading due diligence, refining governance, and collaborating with IT to optimize tools and workflows for scalable compliance across TI’s worldwide operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in export controls, sanctions, restricted-party screening or related trade regulatory role.
• Direct experience with U.S. export control and sanctions regimes (EAR, OFAC, ITAR) and screening tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex restricted party and denied party screening matters across U.S. and international regimes.
• Execute KYC due diligence, including risk-indicator assessment and ownership assessments.
• Support policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for screening due diligence and risk-based approvals.
• Perform HITL screening to validate automated hits and escalations, ensuring proper resolution.
• Analyze trade data to identify elevated risk patterns and translate findings into controls.
• Resolve complex escalations with structured analysis and clear recommendations.
• Partner with IT to define data needs and optimize screening tools and AI-enabled capabilities.
