Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Trade Sanctions Systems Analyst to support global partner screening, due diligence, and risk-based approval processes.

The role leverages screening tools, Power BI reporting, and emerging AI capabilities to monitor trends and improve decision quality, in collaboration with Global Government Affairs and Trade and other teams. Responsibilities include governance for the Verified Purchaser Program, developing data-driven insights, and enhancing screening workflows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, legal/compliance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of experience in export controls and trade compliance with knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, embargoes, and screening requirements.
• Experience interpreting regulatory guidance into actionable screening criteria, red flags, and escalation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance and SOPs for the Verified Purchaser Program (VPP).
• Improve risk-based screening standards and decision frameworks.
• Enforce screening procedures for denied party screening alerts and approvals.
• Develop dashboards and analytics (Power BI) to monitor volumes, accuracy, cycle time, and risk indicators.
• Support data-driven insights for process and tool improvements.
