Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the United States seeks a Trade Sanctions Systems Analyst to maintain policies for global partner screening, due diligence, and risk-based approvals.

The role supports screening operations, system performance, and escalation workflows using screening tools, Power BI reporting, and emerging AI capabilities. You will collaborate with the Global Government Affairs and Trade group, Purchasing, IT, and Data Analytics to deliver consistent decisions and data-driven insights,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, legal/compliance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) supporting export controls and trade compliance in a technology or semiconductor environment.
• 7+ years of experience in export controls and trade compliance, including knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC sanctions and related screening requirements.
• Ability to assess end-use/end-user and transaction risk and translate insights into policy and procedural enhancements.
• Experience with SAP-S/4Hana, GTS-E4H, and other screening tools is preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills for training materials and governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining governance and SOPs for the Verified Purchaser Program (VPP) and related procedures.
• Improve risk-based screening standards and decision frameworks with data-driven insights.
• Enforce screening procedures, including denied party screening and escalation workflows.
• Apply grey market mitigation logic and support development of procedures and training.
• Provide structured analysis for escalations and capture recurring drivers for process improvements.
• Partner with IT and analytics to define data requirements and optimize screening tools and workflows.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor screening volumes, alert quality, cycle time, and risk indicators.
