Rillet is seeking a Product Manager to define and own core product experiences across our AI-embedded ERP. This role suits those who thrive in complex, regulated domains, turning messy problems into clear product direction.

You’ll work on enterprise SaaS products for finance and operations, balancing automation with control, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and shaping a path to scale with AI-native software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with complex, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication—especially in ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior engineers and designers.
• Experience with ERP, accounting, or finance systems is a plus.
• Startup or early-stage company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and execute features that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Partner closely with engineers and designers to deliver intuitive solutions.
• Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market to inform product development.
• Create product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
• Support QA and user acceptance testing for finance-related features.
• Own the product roadmap for your domain (e.g., accounting, reporting, workflows, integrations).
• Identify where AI meaningfully improves outcomes vs. determinism and control.
• Measure adoption, retention, and real customer value; help shape positioning and messaging.
