Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years as a Business Analyst.
Experience transforming business processes.
Exposure to AI workflows in enterprise context.
Hands-on ERP/CRM tooling (Workday, Salesforce).
Strong partnering with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Comfort operating with ambiguity and multi-workstream prioritization.

Responsibilities

Partner with business users to understand process and technology needs and translate into practical solutions.
Gather requirements and deliver functional analysis for technology and process transformation projects.
Re-engineer existing processes to achieve better outcomes, not just new tooling.
Implement business solutions leveraging enterprise platforms and expanding AI tooling.
Provide day-to-day support to internal customers on owned systems and processes.
