Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across AI solution development, digital transformation, creative technology, product innovation, or a related field.
• Preferred: agency, consulting, innovation lab, or product company experience.
• Familiarity with FDA/EMA standards or evidence-based content workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Invent & Build: act as a creative engineer and maker; rough out ideas.
• Prototype rapidly: turn a brief into tangible prototypes for team/client review.
• Design AI-native solutions from scratch around what AI enables.
• Bring creative instincts to technical problems and vice versa.
