Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI solution development, digital transformation, creative technology, product innovation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Invent & Build: act as a creative engineer and maker, prototype rapidly, design AI-native solutions.
• Shape & Scale Offerings: identify prototypes with legs to become repeatable offerings, define what an offering is, develop reusable assets.
• Connect the Dots: be the connective tissue between strategy, creative, data, technology, and operations.
• Challenge & Evolve: question established processes, advocate for AI-first approaches, identify friction and clear it.
• AI Fluency: comfortable with AI tools across the spectrum, not an IT specialist, but a creative practitioner.
