Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across AI solution development, digital transformation, creative technology, product innovation, or a related field.
• Experience in agency/consulting or product company is preferred.
• Ability to work across marketing, commerce, experience design, content, creative technology, or enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

• Invent & Build: act as a creative engineer and maker—prototype rapidly from brief or napkin idea into tangible outputs.
• Shape & Scale Offerings: collaborate with Song leadership to identify prototypes with growth potential and define offerings.
• Connect the Dots: bridge strategy, creative, data, technology, and operations to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Challenge & Evolve: question established processes and advocate for AI-first approaches.
• AI Fluency: work with generative and AI tooling; understand tool choices and rationale.
• Agentic & Workflow Automation: design multi-step AI systems and orchestration for scalable pipelines.
• Prototyping & Rapid Development: build functional prototypes quickly using AI-assisted tools.
