Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across AI solution development, digital transformation, creative technology, or product innovation.
• Experience in agency, consultancy, or innovation labs is a plus.
• Experience spanning marketing, commerce, experience design, content or enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

• Invent and build AI-native solutions from scratch, not retrofitted workflows.
• Prototype rapidly and translate ideas into tangible prototypes for teams and clients.
• Define offerings: problem, value, build method, and sales approach.
• Develop reusable assets, playbooks, and reference models for repeatable delivery.
