Qualifications

• Agency, consulting, innovation lab, or product company experience is preferred.
• Experience building reusable IP: accelerators, toolkits, reference architectures, or commercial offerings.

Responsibilities

• Invent and build: conceive ideas, rough them out, and ship tangible prototypes.
• Shape and scale offerings: define reusable assets, playbooks, and reference models for repeatable delivery.
• Connect the dots: align strategy, creative, data, tech, and operations across teams.
