Job summary

NEXXA is hiring a Customer Solutions Architect to own the technical truth of customer engagements, translating complex problems into clean system architectures and executable project plans with engineering teams.

You will decompose workshops into requirements, design end-to-end architectures, and map needs to product capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. Engage in workshops, document architectures, and guide stakeholders to optimal trade-offs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems engineering or solutions architecture.
• Extensive experience with enterprise integration patterns (APIs, ETL/ELT, event-driven, data warehousing).
• Strong AI/ML system architecture knowledge (RAG, model serving, multi-agent orchestration).

Responsibilities

• Decompose customer requirements from workshops into structured product requirements, system architecture, and technical specifications.
• Design end-to-end solution architecture for each customer, milestone-driven project plan aligned to product roadmap.
• Map customer requirements to product capabilities and define reusable vs. custom features.
• Create technical scoping documents with effort estimates, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure architecture-driven execution.
• Lead technical workshops and act as the technical authority on feasibility and trade-offs.
