As Principal Software Architect, you will lead AI-enabled platform design, guide architecture decisions, and mentor teams on modern engineering practices, AI-assisted development, and responsible AI governance within an enterprise cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in web application development, service-oriented architecture, cloud-native platforms, and AI-enabled design preferred.
• 10+ years in full-stack enterprise application development roles with AI/analytics experience preferred.
• 10+ years leading Software Engineering teams, mentoring on AI adoption and modern delivery practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging AI, ML, cloud, and software architecture technologies for the product platform.
• Analyze data flows and system designs for scalability, performance, security, and AI-readiness.
• Document architectural patterns, including AI integration, data governance, observability, and guardrails.
