Job summary

eClinical Solutions is seeking a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the elluminate Product Development team and shape the core services and user experiences of a next‑gen clinical data analytics platform. You will influence architecture and technical direction while mentoring others and delivering production‑grade systems.

We emphasize hands‑on development and AI‑assisted features, including integrating LLM services and agentic workflows into enterprise applications.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
10+ years in software design and development, MS stack preferred.
Expert in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET (MVC/Web APIs).
Strong full-stack web development experience (Angular/TS/HTML/CSS).
Solid software design principles and patterns.
Experience across the SDLC; Agile experience preferred.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, documentation and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, interactive web apps.
Own and evolve core platform modules from concept to release and support.
Influence architecture with focus on performance, reliability, security, maintainability.
Lead by example through clean, well-tested code and design reviews.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and other engineers across the SDLC.
Provide technical mentorship to other engineers on the team.
Diagnose and resolve complex production issues in distributed systems.
Ensure solutions meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to design specs, acceptance criteria and release notes.
