Job summary

Empower Pharmacy, a leading 503A compounding and FDA-registered outsourcing facility, seeks a Staff QA Automation Engineer to drive automation strategy and enterprise testing standards across the organization.

You will own architecture, governance, and multi-year roadmaps, leveraging AI-assisted tooling to improve reliability, speed, and data-driven decision making in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or related fields.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing enterprise automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Own the automation framework architecture, governance, and multi-year roadmap across UI, API, performance, and accessibility testing.
• Define enterprise strategies for API contract validation and data integrity across platforms.
• Lead performance testing strategy, including capacity planning, stress testing, and production readiness.
