Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking an experienced QA Automation Leader to design, build, and oversee the automation framework for our AI Agency Platform. You will ensure functional, regression, and integration testing across Google Cloud, Veeva, SFMC, and Aprimo, maintaining compliance and reliability in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will lead automation scripting (Python/JavaScript/.NET), collaborate with DevOps and Product teams, drive CI/CD integration, and champion test documentation,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in QA automation or software testing, 3+ in a lead role.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or .Net for test automation scripting.
• Experience with PyTest and Selenium for automation.
• Strong API testing experience (Postman) and data validation (SQL/Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Experience testing integrated SaaS systems in cloud environments (Google Cloud).
• Familiar with CI/CD and continuous testing practices.
• Excellent documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive automation framework.
• Build automated tests for APIs, UI workflows, data pipelines, and AI interactions.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Ensure test coverage for core platform and partner integrations.
• Document testing methodologies and drive process improvements.
