Job summary

Chime is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) and drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance. You will embed and advance the organizational backbone by removing risks, ensuring clear communication, and enabling decisive progress for Chime’s strategy.

The role offers a base salary of $138,000 to $190,000, with bonus eligibility, equity, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years in strategy, business operations, program management or consulting.
• Proven ability to devise simple, scalable solutions to complex problems and high cross-functional impact.
• Experience improving cross-functional operations and scaling systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead large enterprise-wide programs that are high stakes, high impact and highly visible.
• Translate priorities into clear program strategies, milestones and execution plans.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of cross-cutting strategic projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify program risks and dependencies; partner with stakeholders to mitigate issues.
• Build big-picture storylines and communicate buy-in to drive adoption and results.
• Partner with senior leaders across teams to accelerate progress and accountability.
