Job summary

o9 Solutions is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end project lifecycles in supply chain planning implementations. You will build detailed project plans, align cross-functional teams, and monitor progress from blueprint through go-live.

The role requires 6–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and strong knowledge of project management, agile methodologies, and related tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or in supply chain/logistics with planning project management across full lifecycle.
• Experience using agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations.
• Bachelor’s or Master degree as stated.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from blueprint to hypercare.
• Create a detailed project plan and align stakeholders on milestones and timelines.
• Track plan vs. actuals and document deviations with reasons.
• Develop action plans to mitigate delays and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Document risks and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Maintain an issue log with ETA, ownership and resolution.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to o9 support post go-live.
• Engage with customers to manage priorities and expectations.
