The position is remote with travel, prioritizing candidates near major enterprise hubs across the United States and collaboration across R&D, supply chain, finance and human resources to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Help define EPAM's GTM strategy for transformation programs focused on AI-native operating models—from process design to product development and distribution
• Partner with sales and presales to craft value propositions, shape opportunities and drive contract closure
• Represent EPAM at industry events, client roundtables and executive panels to elevate market position
• Author frameworks and publish thought leadership on AI-driven operations to build credibility
• Lead teams to deliver tangible value by prioritizing opportunities across domains where agentic AI creates ROI
• Communicate value of agentic AI and automation to executive stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end intelligent automation engagements from opportunity assessment to scaled adoption
