Job summary

AXA XL seeks a Chief Enterprise Architect to define and govern the enterprise‑wide architecture vision, shaping AI-enabled capabilities and a resilient, modernization focused roadmap. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into architecture, drive governance and standardization, and ensure security and risk controls are embedded across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in end-to-end business and technology capability architecture with embedded security/privacy/AI.
• Proven leadership of high-performing, globally distributed teams.
• Strong systems thinking, problem solving, and decisive decision-making.
• Data-driven, able to translate business strategy into architecture and investments.
• Excellent communication across diverse stakeholders to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead architecture governance, standards, patterns and guardrails across portfolios.
• Drive modernization, cloud strategy, and AI-enabled architecture.
• Translate business strategy into capability maps and investment priorities.
