Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead enterprise AI architecture across Knowledge, Trust and Control/Harness blocks. You will drive design and implementation of AI foundations, integration, governance, and compliance across the enterprise, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic oversight.

Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years in enterprise architecture or governance, familiarity with leading AI platforms, and a proven track record delivering large-scale AI-enabled enterprise

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks (e.g., Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record building large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems across foundation models and LLM/SLM.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as player-coach, contributing to delivery while guiding firmwide AI adoption.
• Be the go-to authority for AI knowledge across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness blocks.
