Job summary

Stand Together seeks a bold Enterprise Architecture & Data Leader to shape how technology, data, and AI enable innovation and impact. You will establish architectural foundations, trusted data models, and reusable solutions to empower teams and accelerate value creation.

You will lead enterprise architecture, define standards, and align governance with business priorities while partnering across Product, Security, Legal, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure technology and data

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise architecture and data capabilities with ability to translate technology strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Deep expertise across enterprise architecture, data modeling, data engineering, cloud platforms, system integration, security, and modern AI technologies.
• Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, shared data models, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Architecture Strategy: establish and lead principles, architectures, decision frameworks, and standards.
• Build a Trusted Enterprise Data Foundation: define enterprise data model, ownership, quality, lineage, integration, governance.
• Create the Paved Road for Innovation: develop reusable patterns, templates, shared services, and automated controls.
• Drive Strategic Technology Decisions: establish build/buy/reuse frameworks including AI adoption.
• Lead Enterprise Systems Strategy: define authoritative systems of record and governance rights.
• Enable Cross-Enterprise Collaboration: partner with Product, Platform Engineering, Security, Legal, and business leaders.
• Establish Reusable Enterprise Services: guide service catalog architecture and integrity.
• Champion Continuous Innovation: transform challenges into scalable solutions and measure adoption and business value.
