• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise architecture, data, or related disciplines.
• Experience in publicly traded company or IPO-readiness environments strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of data governance, AI governance, and enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Baker Tilly’s target technology architecture and roadmaps.
• Lead enterprise data and AI governance with risk, privacy, and security alignment.
• Partner with AI Product Group to ensure scalable, compliant AI initiatives.
• Build a public-company readiness and governance framework for technology and data.
