Dealpath’s engineering team is built on technical excellence, collaboration, impact, and execution. We’re seeking an Engineering Manager who combines leadership with fluency in AI-assisted development to coach their team in this environment.

This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the San Francisco office. You will mentor engineers, champion AI coding tools, drive product initiatives with Product, Design, and QA, recruit and onboard talent, and help scale our SaaS

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or equivalent leadership role.
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience scaling teams in a startup or growth-stage environment.
• Track record delivering enterprise SaaS products, ideally in FinTech/PropTech.
• Strong organizational skills balancing technical depth and business impact.
• Consistent, hands-on experience with AI coding tools and coaching engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Champion AI-forward engineering practices and coach the team in using AI tools judiciously.
• Drive execution of high-impact product initiatives with Product, Design, and Quality teams.
• Recruit and onboard world-class engineering talent.
• Provide clarity in scope and timelines while ensuring high-quality, secure code.
• Collaborate with architects to evolve platform architecture and technical strategy.
• Promote inclusion, transparency, and accountability within the team and company.
