Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments with AI/ML focus.
• Strong background in full-stack development with proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on AI-driven application development, including experiment setup, dataset curation, model training, and deployment.
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Driver mindset: proactive, outcomes-oriented, and collaborative.

Responsibilities
