Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field required; by summer 2027.
• New grad candidates should have no more than 18 months of professional experience (excluding internships).
• Experience from internships or multi-person coding projects in uni or work settings.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems through independent research and mentorship.
• Strong written communication to explain work to stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development with rigorous review.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable software across Stripe’s infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure safe production updates.
