Circuit Mind Limited is seeking a Lead Electronic Engineer to drive the evolution of our AI-powered electronics design platform. You will guide algorithms, software, and electronics teams to automate professional electronic design at scale, shaping technical direction for real-world designs across aerospace, consumer electronics, semiconductors, and industrial systems.

You’ll lead roadmap and architecture discussions, ensuring production-ready designs and strong collaboration with customer

Qualifications

15+ years performing electronics design across the entire product lifecycle.
Experience leading electronics design teams.
Keen interest in AI, new tools and new methodologies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non electronic engineers.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the technical roadmap for the AI-powered electronics design platform.
Collaborate with product engineers to translate design challenges into documented specifications.
Prioritize features aligning technical development with customer value and market impact.
Lead cross-functional workshops on platform development to generate optimized designs.
Collaborate with the data team to evolve the digital component information model.
Lead AI-assisted customer projects to demonstrate faster, higher-quality design outcomes.
