Job summary

Homecare Homebase is seeking an experienced Product Manager to advance AI-enabled capabilities for our EHR and platform systems. You will own the lifecycle of assigned product capabilities, from discovery to launch, measurement, and iteration, collaborating with Engineering, Clinical, Analytics, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver value while navigating regulatory considerations.

The role requires strong product judgment, healthcare technology knowledge, and the ability to manage moderately

Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience in healthcare IT or AI-enabled software.
Experience managing product capabilities through the full product lifecycle.
Strong ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
Experience working in agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of AI-enabled EHR and platform capabilities from discovery to launch, measurement and iteration.
Conduct product research to understand clinician workflows and operational pain points.
Develop product concepts, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Partner with leadership to define roadmaps and translate strategy into delivery plans.
Monitor product performance and drive improvements based on data and stakeholder feedback.
