Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Practice Director – CE + F&O, based in the United States. You will lead AI-enabled strategy and profitability for CE and F&O across North America, driving transformation and scalable solutions.

This executive role requires senior leadership, P&L ownership, and the ability to build high-performing teams, accelerate revenue growth, and deliver measurable client value through AI-driven offerings.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a Dynamics 365 consulting or professional services organization.
• Strong understanding of CE/CRM and F&O/ERP in enterprise transformation.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI capabilities (Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform).

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, direction, and performance for the CE and F&O practice across North America.
• Define AI-enabled transformation roadmaps for client engagements and solutions.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, utilization, and revenue growth for the practice.
• Develop high-performing teams and succession plans.
• Promote accountable delivery and scalable, IP-based offerings.
