Qualifications

• 12+ years of domain consulting, business transformation, digital strategy, or technology-enabled transformation.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, client relationship skills, and strategic problem solving.
• Proven ability to identify AI/GenAI opportunities and translate challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
• Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with data mining, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate business requirements into measurable transformation outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Based in Florida, USA, with willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C‑suite executives and client stakeholders to understand priorities and objectives.
• Business Discovery & Transformation: Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to identify challenges and opportunities.
• AI & GenAI Strategy: Identify and prioritize AI/GenAI use cases to enhance guest experiences and optimize operations.
• Data Analytics & Insights: Leverage analytics to uncover trends, revenue opportunities, and cost improvements.
• Process Optimization: Recommend automation, process reengineering, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Industry-specific Solutions: Apply hospitality/domain knowledge to address loyalty, engagement, and revenue management.
• Business-to-Technology Alignment: Translate requirements into AI/data/tech solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Business Case & ROI Development: Build ROI models and roadmaps to show value of AI/digital initiatives.
• AI Feasibility & Adoption: Assess value, feasibility, data readiness, and governance considerations.
• Client Engagement & Delivery Support: Support design, planning, and value realization for successful adoption.
• Travel: Visit client offices as required for workshops and stakeholder engagement.
