Exostar is looking for a Director of DevOps to oversee global production operations and ensure high availability across its cloud-based SaaS products.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical operations, a strong automation focus, and the ability to lead diverse teams. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and partnering with support to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Candidates must possess a blend of technical depth and leadership capabilities, making this a prominent position within the fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years running production technical operations in a customer-facing SaaS environment.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated success in automating operational processes.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructures and Kubernetes.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own production uptime and performance across all Exostar SaaS products.
• Drive automation-first operational models to reduce manual toil.
• Stand up AIOps practices for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-organizational collaboration to improve customer outcomes.
• Define and report operational KPIs and KRIs.
