Job summary

Inizio Evoke is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive AI-enabled digital transformation across marketing and communications. You will partner with the Senior Product Manager to document requirements, coordinate partners, and ensure compliant, scalable AI solutions.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and create BRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria. You will analyze workflows, support risk alignment, and contribute to release readiness with strong data analysis

Qualifications

5+ years of business analysis experience.
Experience documenting requirements and collaborating with product, engineering, and QA teams.
Experience supporting digital or platform-based product development, within AI, SaaS, or workflow automation projects.
Proficiency creating BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT scripts.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Documentation: capture and refine requirements, map processes, write BRDs/FRS and user stories.
Workflow & Process Analysis: analyze workflows, create process models and data maps.
Compliance & Risk Alignment: coordinate with legal, data, and security for regulatory compliance and risk assessments.
UAT & Release Readiness: prepare test cases, coordinate validation, track defects and release artifacts.
Data Analysis: gather adoption metrics, build dashboards using Power BI or Excel.
