Salesforce, Inc. in Austin is seeking an experienced Digital Success Analytics Engineer to join the Data Science and Analytics portfolio.

You will analyze customer interactions across channels, design KPI-driven analytics, and build predictive models to forecast adoption and CSAT. This role partners with IT Data Engineering and Platform teams to deliver trusted self-serve dashboards in Tableau and AI-assisted analytics.

Competenze

• 7-8 years of analytics experience in data roles such as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, Data Scientist, or BI Engineer.
• Strong SQL (Snowflake) and Python for analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Experience building predictive or ML models and using BI tools.

• Deliver decision-grade insights from customer, case, chat, voice, and in-app data to inform leadership decisions.
• Design and run launch tracking, A/B and cohort analyses with well-defined KPIs and methodologies.
