Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or analytics related field

• Ability to train and manage change for project rollouts

Responsibilities

• Act as business strategist across multiple units to identify opportunities and define outcomes.

• Define product requirements and ensure alignment with end users and developers.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to identify potential solutions for APS.
• Serve as customer liaison to gather feedback and communicate requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive lifecycle from inception to production delivery.
