Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, user, process, and product requirements.
• Translate approved requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Develop scalable UX/UI designs that align with product functionality.
• Maintain roadmap and backlog items under the direction of the Product Owner.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and delivery readiness.
• Coordinate testing, document results, track defects, and support issue resolution.
• Support implementation, release communications, training, operational readiness, and production handoff.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools and emerging technologies.
