• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and delivery readiness.
• Coordinate testing, document results, track defects, and support issue resolution.
• Support implementation, release communications, training, operational readiness, and production handoff.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools and emerging technologies.

This role will lead and contribute to a variety of complex functions within the digital environment, supporting large-scale planning and execution of digital strategy initiatives. The position requires reviewing and analyzing complex content strategy, customer experience, analytics, research, and product management efforts, while independently resolving issues and driving project deliverables. The individual will collaborate closely with peers, stakeholders, and management, and may lead projects or provide guidance to junior team members.

Required qualifications include 4+ years of digital product management Or Project Management experience or equivalent.

Key responsibilities and skills include:
