Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Mgr Technical Architect in Digital Manufacturing to design and implement next‑generation manufacturing solutions. You will bridge shop floor operations with enterprise data platforms, aligning IT, OT, and automation for intelligent industry initiatives.

The role demands a platform‑native, AI‑centric mindset, strong manufacturing process knowledge, and the ability to lead architecture from requirements through delivery with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required.
• 4–6 years in manufacturing, digital manufacturing, or manufacturing systems.
• Experience translating manufacturing processes into scalable tech architectures.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, capture needs, define architectures, and provide technical leadership throughout delivery.
• Design end‑to‑end manufacturing solutions leveraging IIoT, MES, AI platforms, and IT/OT.
• Bridge shopfloor and enterprise data platforms, guiding implementation with internal teams and partners.
• Evaluate technologies and standardize processes to enable automation and digital manufacturing.
