Capgemini Invent is seeking a Solution Architect in Digital Manufacturing (Managing Consultant) to lead AI-powered transformations across global client sites. You will design modern factory platforms, drive ROI through IT/OT integration, and mentor delivery teams while engaging senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes AI literacy, manufacturing domain expertise, and strong program management, with a focus on scalable, compliant digital manufacturing solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
• Strong MES, IT, OT, shopfloor to topfloor integration design experience.
• Project management experience and stakeholder leadership.
• Proven problem solving, executive communication, and collaboration across functions.
• Experience applying analytics or automation in manufacturing with AI literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Design and plan modern, next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
• Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
• Define IT/OT integration using ISA-95/88 standards.
• Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
• Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions from design through execution.
• Manage risks, vendors, and ensure sustainable operations.
