Capgemini Invent seeks a Managing Consultant/Technical Architect in Digital Manufacturing to design and implement next‑generation manufacturing solutions. You will bridge shop floor operations and enterprise data platforms, leveraging IIoT, MES, and AI to deliver scalable architectures for clients in a transforming industrial landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, EE, IS, or related field.
• 4–6 years in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, or manufacturing systems.
• Strong understanding of shop floor operations and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with OT, IT, GenAI, AI stacks, cloud, edge computing, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect technical solutions for manufacturing clients using IIoT, MES, AI platforms, and IT/OT technologies.
• Serve as SME for manufacturing processes, quality, material flow, traceability, and shop floor execution.
• Engage with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into system capabilities and technical requirements.
• Define ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, WMS, QMS, PLM integrations with manufacturing processes.
• Lead solution design from requirements through implementation, coordinating with vendors and system integrators.
