Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Arlington, VA is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to convert business needs into scalable digital learning experiences that drive performance and growth.

You will blend instructional design, multimedia development, and AI-enabled tools to create onboarding, systems training, leadership development, and change initiatives, partnering with SMEs and Learning & Development teams to ensure accessible, high-quality content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years designing and developing digital learning content in corporate, consulting, or educational settings.
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating digital learning solutions including eLearning, microlearning, videos, and job aids.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders on complex topics and processes.
• Experience creating accessible, high-quality digital content.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital learning experiences for onboarding, systems training, leadership development, and change initiatives.
• Develop eLearning courses, microlearning, videos, interactive modules, and performance support tools.
• Create accessible, user-friendly content meeting branding and QA standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Learning & Development colleagues to align with business goals.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining governance and quality.
