Delphi-US is seeking a Business Analyst in Houston, TX to drive digital self-service platforms and AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable features, working with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and adoption.

Responsibilities include leading analysis, refining the backlog, and guiding agile delivery for chatbots, websites, and apps, while partnering with UX, data, and product teams to define stories and metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years supporting customer-facing digital platforms, preferably self-service sites.
Experience with AI-enabled solutions, including chatbots, automation, personalization.
Strong knowledge of Agile product delivery, user stories, and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis and requirements for omni-channel self-service features across web, chat, and mobile.
Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to reduce friction and improve digital satisfaction.
Partner with business, data, UX, and product teams to define stories and success metrics.
Identify AI opportunities (chatbots, virtual assistants, automation) for self-service.
Translate AI concepts into clear business and functional requirements.
Serve as liaison between stakeholders and tech teams, aligning with agile practices.
Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, risk management, and sprint planning.
