Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in science, business, engineering, marketing, computer science, information technology, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Project Orion and migration to the new CEMP; manage cross-functional program with global rollout by 2030.
• Oversee Concierge for Field deployment as a single conversational entry point for customer-facing teams, including roadmap and backlog.
• Ensure governance, data migration, vendor negotiations, and license extensions (OneCRM to Veeva) with an US-first rollout mindset.
• Drive AI-enabled, omnichannel customer engagement with a focus on responsible AI, compliance, and data foundations.
