Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital/technology with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (Veeva/Salesforce) in pharma.
• Experience with AI orchestration platforms.
• Strong data foundations, middleware, API architectures.
• Change management for large field force transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Orion implementation including migration from OneCRM to CEMP.
• Own program lifecycle: vendor negotiations, config, data migration, global rollout.
• Oversee Concierge for Field deployment and roadmap.
• Govern AI and data governance across platform.
• Collaborate with GTMC, GBUs, markets for governance.
