Job summary

Paxos is seeking a Compliance Associate to safeguard its digital asset ecosystem through hands-on monitoring and investigations. You will work with senior team members to develop expertise in digital asset compliance and leverage blockchain analytics tools to identify risks.

You will draft thorough investigation reports, SAR/STR support, and contribute to procedures and training while coordinating with cross-functional teams and regulators. This is a fast-paced role in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in compliance, financial crime investigations, AML or related risk roles.
• Experience with digital assets is a plus.
• Experience with SAR/STR reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Paxos-issued stablecoins using blockchain analytics tools and triage alerts.
• Conduct first-line investigations using KYC, transaction data and OSINT.
• Support quarterly forensic reviews of stablecoin transactions.
• Assist with intake and management of internal referrals across teams.
• Maintain information-sharing workflows with law enforcement and regulators.
• Draft clear investigation summaries and SAR/STR documentation.
• Use AI tools to speed up workflows while owning outputs.
• Contribute to playbooks, procedures and training materials.
