Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a DevTest Software Engineer to design and maintain automated testing for its endpoint management platform. You will validate system-level software, endpoint agents, and device management workflows across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms.

The role emphasizes building reusable automation libraries, implementing AI-assisted tooling, and expanding test coverage to ensure high-quality releases across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering, SDET, DevTest, or QA Automation experience.
• Proficient in C#, Python, Java, C++, Go or similar languages.
• Experience building automation frameworks and test infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for endpoint agent validation.
• Build automated tests for installation, upgrade, rollback, policies, and agent communications.
• Create reusable test libraries and infrastructure for Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile.
• Develop automation for functional, integration, regression, performance, and system-level testing.
• Validate endpoint agent behavior across supported OS versions.
• Develop automation for OS upgrades, endpoint recovery, and self-healing workflows.
• Verify interoperability with OS services, security frameworks, and device management APIs.
• Build large-scale automated regression suites for endpoint releases.
• Improve release quality through automated validation of agent stability and security.
• Troubleshoot defects via logs, debugging, telemetry, and diagnostics.
