Job summary

Enverus is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join the SBS Distribution Tools team. The role focuses on turning manual regression coverage into reliable automated tests using T-Plan Robot for CAD-based desktop GUI testing, with emphasis on AI-assisted test authoring and reproducibility.

Embedded in Distribution Tools, the role will grow to extend frameworks and practices across SBS's desktop portfolio, collaborating with developers and product owners in agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in manual and automated testing of desktop or engineering software.
• Hands-on experience with T-Plan Robot or a comparable image/OCR-based GUI automation tool for desktop applications
• Practical, applied experience using AI and LLM tools in a development or QA workflow
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose test automation framework, such as NUnit, Selenium, or WinAppDriver
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

• Own automation of existing manual regression test suites for Distribution Tools products, using T-Plan Robot as the primary automation engine for CAD-based desktop GUI testing.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks and reusable patterns for desktop and Revit-integrated applications.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze failures, and document defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Maintain and continuously improve test automation infrastructure and its integration with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).
• Authoring, Evaluate and apply AI/LLM tools to accelerate the authoring and maintenance of GUI test scripts.
