Responsibilities

• Drive AI transformation of design systems and workflows; explore how AI agents, skills, and tools integrate with design.
• Build and iterate on internal AI design tools to accelerate team adoption.
• Explore automated asset generation to improve design output efficiency.
• Participate in data production and labeling for training materials.
• Partner with engineering to translate design specs into multi-platform implementations.
• Monitor user experience across live streaming and short-video scenarios; iterate based on metrics.
